TERMS

Shipping

Please be aware that this is a PRE-ORDER product and therefore won’t be shipped immediately after purchase. Be aware that all images are mock-ups of merch and book items which are not final.

ALL physical orders will include tracking (except Spain). That said, we cannot guarantee the country of destination will comply with tracking updates, as some post offices might not be obligated by law to provide them.

We will be updating production and shipping status on our social media.

Refunds

We won’t be able to provide refunds once the pre-order period closes. If you want a refund before our pre-order period closes, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!

Taxes

Buyers will be responsible for any additional custom, import, V.A.T. fees after the order is shipped.

Damages and Losses

We cannot be responsible for errors of the carrier, but should there be a big issue with the state of the order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to assist.
