What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is where you place an order for something before it has been manufactured or is officially available for purchase. It's a useful approach as it allows the company receiving the orders to manufacture only exactly the amount they need while also providing them with the funds to do so, giving them a much safer standing.

Any countries you don’t ship to?

We won’t take orders nor ship to the following countries:

Israel, Mauritius, Federated States of Micronesia, Sao Tome and Principe.

Where are you shipping from?

All orders will be shipped from Spain.

When will orders be shipped?

We estimate during Fall/Winter 2024; we will be keeping customers updated on the dates on our social media.

What if I need to update my address?

You can contact us at [email protected] and we will help you update your information! Please note: We will only be able to change addresses up until our shipping period begins. We are not responsible for orders shipped to outdated addresses.
